- Christi BedanSeptember 3, 2014The chef prepared the fish we caught earlier that day and it, as well as they entire experience, was amazing. Wonderful truffle risotto and cookie desserts too! Plus lovely outdoor seating.
- Larissa BensonOctober 21, 2016Liloki drink (like a passion fruit lemon drop) , saint & sinner (perseco, st Germaine and a brandy sugar cube), the tomato and burrata salad, mac crusted lamb, & maui dessert, all were amazing !
- Morgan McKeeJuly 16, 2019Our favorite meal in Hawaii. Starters were 😋 including fish toast and a delectable amuse bouche. I had scallops and bf had steamed local fish. Have recommended this place to many!
- Cameron ParkerSeptember 5, 2021An absolute must. This hotel is stunning and the pre fixe was delicious. It’s worth the price tag. Go to the Bird Cage bar before dinner and enjoy the sunset.
- AmateurConciergeDecember 27, 2017Hotel Wailea’s flagship resto shines at dinner (wagyu) but is sort of average for breakfast. Great views
- Davelyn RobbinsFebruary 5, 2013Ridiculously fabulous Adriatic Greens Salad, of all things. Hopeful for fabulous entree of ahi tuna, beautiful view of sunset! Great bottle of Grgich Hills.
- DApril 3, 2021The jicama papaya Thai chili shrimp salad on the prix fixe menu was the highlight of the 4 courses! Also the chèvre strawberry slice. 🍓
- Compliments to the chef! Truly top of the top places I've ever been to. The chef (owner) is in love with his food, and you can tell when you taste his creations.
- vince hFebruary 10, 2013Hidden gem of hotel wailea. The on-sen style baths are the perfect place to loosen up the muscles and relax.
- nils jansonJune 22, 2016Phenomenal views and delicious food. Come for the sunset and stay for the seafood.
- Steve PolandSeptember 18, 2011Kobe steak is the most incredible thing I have eaten in the past 10,687 days that I have eaten stuff. OMG
- Awesome place! Drinks and deserts are sophisticated. They have their own little garden where they grow some ingredients
- V WilderApril 16, 2011My portion was ample and the flavors were spot on. Complainers get a grip and remember that good food is rarely cheap food. If you want big portions then head to da kitchen.
- Rick BucichJuly 2, 2010A very brief but worthwhile drive from the beachfront hotels in Wailea. Great food and wonderful spot to watch the sunset.
- The cucumber citrus is very refreshing after a day in the sun and sand.
- Raj SuriJanuary 15, 2011Risotto is ridiculously good. Either as an appetizer or a part of an entree.
- Camilo VelasquezSeptember 24, 2010Skip it. Food is reasonably good, but it's one of those restaurants where you need a magnifying glass to see your $35 entree. And they have the nerve to charge $54 for cioppino!
