- A beautiful upscale mall with high-end retail stores and some of the most expensive restaurants in New York City. The view of Central Park from the 2nd or 3rd floor is absolutely gorgeousUpvoted Sep 13
- Elle EmmeyNovember 27, 2013Love this place. Located in a great part of town with terrific shops and on the upper level there is a great lounge with amazing view of the Circle.Upvoted Oct 12

- Smiti K.December 24, 2012One of my favorite things to do every holiday season is to see the light show here, it always puts me in a festive mood. The shops here are really nice and the bathrooms are usually pretty clean.
- Julie SosciaJuly 17, 2018Great, varied shopping options. Visit the concierge for some tips on promotions or discounts. Views from the second level are pretty.
- Julie SosciaJanuary 29, 2019Mall-like shopping center that is not too overwhelming. You'll find a mix of high-end and everyday shops. There's also a Whole Foods in the basement level plus amazing views from the 2nd floor.
- Alison YoungJanuary 8, 2013These are the cleanest public restrooms I've ever seen (located on 2nd floor). Also, there is a TV inside the bathroom mirror. How freakin cool. Where do I get one of these magic mirrors?
- DoubleDeuceJune 27, 2018This is my favorite place in the neighborhood to use the public restroom. Haha.
- Just check in on the app, sign up for the 'Inside the Circle' free membership (Provide name, email and zip) and show at service desk to get a black 'The Shops at Columbus Circle' shopping tote! :)
- nikkiJanuary 8, 2017makes for a nice, scenic shortcut. Per Se upstairs is fantastic, but Bouchon hits the spot
- The fancy NYC mall. Lots of upscale stores, but not pretentious. Bouchon Bakery is a great spot for a quick sandwich or pastry.
- AlejandroMarch 27, 2016Very nice mall full of expensive and also non-expensive shops. Must stop by at least to take a look around
- Conrad Greiner-BechertJanuary 30, 2018As far as New York shopping malls go, this is a good one. Then again, New York doesn’t really have any good malls as far as I am aware.
- The only mall I know of with a Michelin starred food court. Only in New York kids...
- James McCueNovember 13, 2011I second the clean bathroom tip someone else left. If you are in the area and have to go to the can go to the third floor instead of the second floor. The third floor bathroom is large, so no wait.
- Anne SaulovichMay 28, 2013Check in and if you have a MasterCard go to Guest Services. They will give you a free umbrella!
- If you are lucky enough to work here, you get a discount to almost every store in the mall. Discounts can range from 10-20%
- Great mall-like shopping without feeling like you're trapped in a mall. Also a good cut through to get Home AC on a walk home. LOL
- Bruno CardosoMay 2, 2016Grab a drink at the Parkview Lounge: great view of Columbus Circle and the park.
- Despite the high-end look/feel, can find the usual mall bargains in the chains. Certainly nice place to shop & the BEST Whole Foods in NYC!
- Leslie OroMay 28, 2015MasterCard holders get a free gift at guest services outside of William Sonoma. No purchase necessary. Changes every couple of months.
- Peter MarabellaApril 27, 2013For a quick snack without crowds, check out Whole Foods in the basement here. Happy hour specials include beer & a hotdog!
- Persio LogosDecember 19, 2011Tip: there's a cute little empanadas stand in the maze with fillings like bourbon pulled pork and potato mushrooms - they are insanely good!

- Kevin MacJune 16, 2015Impeccable mall experience plus Jazz at Lincoln Center and Manadarin Hotel All in one place
- Jen KMarch 20, 2013Little grab bag of stores. Great if you're looking for Williams and Sonoma, H&M, Cole Haan, and Whole Foods.
- Tourists always seem to outnumber shoppers, but there are some stores here that have sales from time to time.
- The Shops at Columbus CircleJuly 24, 2012You can pick up a complimentary Grilling Field Manual at Williams-Sonoma with grilling basics and recipes to add to your BBQ arsenal.
- David HillAugust 7, 2014Beautiful mall and shops, but no where to sit down unless you go one of the cafes
- Fantastic public restrooms, but be sure to use the ones on the 3rd floor; the 2nd floor ones aren't as nice.
- Benazir MartinezJanuary 14, 2018I was just a quick walk through, I was waiting for the bus. But I’d like to have a lunch here one day. The view from the top level are nice.
- Fernando GonzalezDecember 14, 2009Grab a delicious pastry from Bouchon up on the third floor. There's usually a line of tourists that have no idea what they're doing, but it's worth the wait if it's reasonable. :-)
- Matt DickerJuly 17, 2011Head up to Bouchon on the third floor for casual, tasty fare. The restaurant is owned by the legendary Chef Thomas Keller
- Generally appealing place. Nice joint to kill a few minuets trying to warm up.
- Good bathroom stop, with some very fancy shopping and dining.
- Peter WJuly 30, 2013Don't let the upscale stores and brushed steel fool you, it's a mall and the bathrooms are a Petri dish of homeless man stink and poop.
