- NicoleJanuary 8, 2017I can't speak to the seafood or shellfish tacos, but the meat ones are great. Skip the veggie ones or ask for less cheese on them. The wait can be really long even when it's not busy, but worth it.
- Sometimes this place can get a bit busy, but it is worth it! Be patient and enjoy the food! For a quick and filling meal get the "pollo asado tacos" with guacamole.
- The pescado taco (tortilla) is awesome! Has a great spicy sauce. Get the real coca-cola (made with cane sugar) or the watermelon juice (it's not a mix). Also the churros are amazing!
- Best tacos hands down! They have everything perfect from the tortilla to the meat. The place is tiny but the quality of the tacos is what matters here.
- Fresh, authentic flavors. Try the barbacoa tacos or pescado. Guac and cheese costs extra on everything. Gets crazy busy and food comes out very slow - be prepared to wait!
- Get the pescado taco with fresh guac. You won't regret it. The food is amazing, but the service can be very slow at times & some of the staff has a severe attitude problem. At least manager's nice.
- HeenaOctober 29, 2014Good tacos -love kale one for veggie and mushroom torta. If you like spicy definitely get the habanero salsa!
- The Corcoran GroupSeptember 26, 2011We're all about the Shrimp Tacos here. there's lots of other great Mexican food choices in Hoboken, but you have to try this one at least once, especially if you're grabbing to go.
- Chupi GarciaSeptember 25, 2012Try the Viking Taco, its on the special list. So delicious you will want to eat more than 1 order. Hey, how can you go wrong when its named after the famous Viking Army SC ..

- Maite AcostaJuly 31, 2013Always busy! Always tasty! Can never get enough. Highly recommend Al Pastor and the Pollo Asado. My bf loves the Pescado too!
- Mike LewisJanuary 30, 2012From the truck or the storefront, they do tacos right. Portions aren't huge, but for a light meal it's awesome. Beers outside is pretty good during the summer too. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
- Barbacoa de costilla torta is awesome! Pescado taco is also a favorite but I've never been disappointed by anything here.
- HiddenHobokenJuly 25, 2011Sure, the tacos are tasty, but give the La Capital de Pollo y Arroz soup a whirl and you won't be disappointed... unless, of course, you can't handle a bit of Mexican spiciness!
- Tim AlexanderMay 10, 2012Barbacoa de Costilla and Pollo Asado tacosare my favorite things on the menu.combine that with a Mandarin Jarritos and you've got a win!
- Order the Aguacate Tostado and Pollo Asado tacos with no extras and SQUEEZE that lime. Also, the Hongos are spicy but delicious.
- Several new additions on the menu since they opened a brick and mortar version. Two of the new ones, the shrimp taco and chorizo and potato taco are highly recommended. Call ahead, they're popular!
- The Wall Street JournalSeptember 2, 2010You won't find burritos, sour cream or orange cheese on the menu. Instead, try Camaron tacos (grilled shrimp with Mexican slaw, pico de gallo and chipotle salsa, $5 for two) or tamales. Read more
- Ciara GOctober 23, 2012We tried them all. The Crispy Avocado and Pescado Taco were both outstanding. The rest (remaining menu offerings) were meh.
- I always get 1-2 Pescado tacos and then add any other taco. Never fails. Not a bad taco on the menu.
- Tortas are great, especially the short rib. Tacos are small so order more than 1. Owners are super nice and TTT is super Eco-friendly!
- Al Pastor tacos are so yummy! Very well flavored pork and the pineapple adds refreshing flavor.
- James ZimenoffAugust 15, 2014The wait can be a bit long when it's busy, but its worth it. Also, tables are few and are often taken.
- Matthew HartsoughApril 14, 2016Always get the al pastor tacos. Quality had wavered over the years but usually tastes good regardless. Long wait times for food.
- Dalton DApril 23, 2013The entire taco menu with the exception of fish tacos, are with corn tortillas - good news for gluten free peeps!!
- Alexis VidalSeptember 6, 2014There's better actual taco trucks on Bergenline Ave in WNY but this will help your taco fix @ 2 am.
- Maria BDecember 7, 2014I tried the pricey fish taco which had a small deep fried cubes of catfish. The whole thing was saugy and doesn't worth trying. The only good part was guacamole which is also an extra charge.
- Gauri ManglikJanuary 8, 2012so so good. Had the Hongos tacos and they were incredible. Wish this was in manhattan! (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
- I am usually the biggest fan of the taco truck but must warn everyone; do not under any circumstances get the roasted red salsa. It is an onion and garlic overkill.
- Angela DenbySeptember 17, 2010Food is very good. Tacos are served in twos, but they're small. Chips and guac are awesome, real Coca Cola. They're open late, and they even deliver.
- Several vegetarian options but the eggplant torta is my favorite
- Pescado (catfish) taco is killer. Sauce is so good and spicy. Order it with guac to cool it down.
- If you're not downtown and can't get to the storefront, when you see the truck, GET IT! Highly recommend the carnita torta! Read more
- Greta SharonMarch 7, 2011Feels like I'm back in CA for a second. Best tacos I've had in the area- definitely add guacamole y queso
- The carnitas with fresh green salsa, guac and quaso is my favorite taco in the world. Delicious!!!
- Shannon McCookAugust 6, 2010The Hongos tacos with Chipotle sauce are out of this world. And because they're veggies, they cook super fast & there is less of a wait :)
- Dan BFebruary 5, 2014Great food but service is so slow! If the real truck went at this pace lines around the corner!
- Living on the HudsonOctober 29, 2010I recommend ordering ahead of time and picking up. The wait can be a little long. Also try to the chicken torta. Very good!
- Kimmy EddingtonMay 22, 2012Holy Cow! The Pescado Taco Del Mar is good, but can burn the lips off of a rooster! Spicy!
- Kat S.July 24, 2011Try the Pollo Asado & Barbacoa de Costillo w/ some Mexican Coca-Cola (bottled soda always tastes better!)
- Matt PesciOctober 24, 2011Great Cali-Mex at a reasonable price. Highly recommended if you want a quick bite.
- Great food, but does it really take 30 minutes to make my food after I ordered? A lot of pissed off customers in line, suggest they figure how to speed up the process or don't call it the taco truck!
- Jyotshna KansakarJune 23, 2011Little dynamites! Try your tacos with habanero sauce and you will, ever, go back to regular tacos!
- Naomi ShiblesSeptember 9, 2010Bliss! The closest thing to real Mexican food I've had in the tri-state area. Pollo Asada tacos are divine!
- Aquacate tostada is really yumm ;) for veggie lovers - fried avocado goodness!
