    This place is a city within itself. Bring comfortable shoes. They have great wifi. Everyone who works here is polite and kind. If you look like you're lost, people will automatically help.

    Check out the observation deck at the top of the Alkek tower adjacent to the main building. Take elevator F to the 22nd floor, change elevators to get to the 24th floor and enjoy.

    The employees, nurses, doctors, and all the volunteers seem very satisfies w/their jobs...not the impersonal place people make it sound. Best cancer care in the nation & we wouldn't go angered else!

    Guest laundry is on the 6th floor. 75 cents per machine but no change machine here you have to go to the 1st or 2nd floor to get change.

    The parking garage can be a hassle but cheaper than valet. I recommend the valet if you're here all day, flat rate of $15.
