- Tony PurlerJanuary 29, 2016Very nice hotel. If it's in your price range go for it. Close to food etc. had a cool view from 11th floor of Lucas Oil Stadium just a block away.
- Darren in the club lounge & Eric at the front desk are the best! This property is well kept, clean and attended to, hats off to property management! Sky walk to convention center, stay warm!!
- Hotel is beautiful, especially after the renovation. Great showers, but you can't get in/out of the parking lot once you park.
- Great service, staff, clean rooms, great location. Awesome that Starbucks is located in the lobby area!
- Pool open until 11 and 24 hr fitness center. It has that recognizable Westin-y scent from the moment you walk in. But what happened to the lobby 🍊🍋 water?
- Been here 3 days and the same trash has been in the hall ways. I finally picked it up. After first night you have to call them for coffee. Arrived late and no snacks in the room.
- Hands down the best bed I've ever slept in. It truly is Heavenly!
- Richard DragicevichOctober 17, 2020Nice rooms. Not a fan of their parking. It is downtown though and what can you do?
- It is connected to the Indiana Convention Center via a skywalk bridge, which is a plus.
- Great local Pub next door called Loughmillers. Great food, outdoor patio, live music & 4 square special.
- Self park does not have in-out privileges even if you're a hotel guest. So if you're planning on driving somewhere in the evening, just valet it, it'll be cheaper.
- Don't forget to check out the Westin Fitness Center and indoor pool on the third floor.
- The rooms are a bit smaller than other properties I've stayed at, even the disabled accessable rooms are a bit cramped.
- Rosemary AbendrothFebruary 11, 2012Really a very poorly managed Starwood property. If u r OK with Hampton inn style amenities then u will be fine. But if the W is your standard u will be very unhappy as I am
- Nightly rates are reasonable... because they nickel and dime for everything else. Why are we paying for Wifi still in 2016?
- Leyia CannonAugust 21, 2013Sheets smell like mildew. Water in bathtub doesn't drain. You have to pay to self park. Floors are stained. Have to come to Indy once a month for work & will be staying elsewhere next time!
- Don't pick up the water bottle in your room. They'll charge you just to pick it up. And, they send a maid up to check before taking it off your bill...because they don't trust their customers.
- There is a full breakfast buffet served in Shula's Steak House.
- Free wireless in the lobby is now under SSID Westin_Lobby
- TimJanuary 8, 2014What a shame. The Heavenly Bed is not the Heavenly Hotel. I'd give this place 1 star at best. Not your average Westin.
- If they give you a room ending with 21 (i.e. 1521,1221), ask them to move you. These are awful, noisy rooms next to the constantly running elevators.
- Chip BradfordSeptember 17, 2011No vending machines anywhere in the building in order to.facilitate self-fleecing via the in room mini bar. Not a fan of this. Fail!
- Stay somewhere else. Everything here is overpriced but you don't get the benefit in your room. Doors slam, shower head doesn't work, room not overly big for the price.
- Nicole CraigJune 29, 2014There are much better options. The beds are uncomfortable. Decor is outdated. Parking too expensive. Won't be back.
- EvawynAugust 18, 2012RUDE ASSS Front desk.. Black dude & a Jesus looking one... Save yourself an attitude and don't ask for a anime showtimes list! >:O
- Bad service, torn towels in shower house keeping and service is very poor. Fail
- Thomas HorineMarch 1, 2012$20 for 2 days of wireless internet? No thanks. Ever. I'll use my phone with 4-G hotspot.
