    Platinum line with Hoda is slow. Normal line was 3 times as fast when checking in.

    Too noisy. Room at 17th floor and still couldn't sleep because of traffic noise. Nice beds and correct size rooms.

    Check in line takes a looking time and you can skip room service bc it is the same terrible food from before the renovation

    Very noisy here with street noise and construction. It sounds like the windows are open (?). Room is decent size though. Location is just ok.

    The unrenovated rooms are gross. The place is always full. Good luck trying to use platinum upgrades.

    Go somewhere else, tiny rooms and bathroom, street noise, old rooms...better off at W or Sofitel.

    Skip this Westin. Platinum service is subpar and rooms hardly live up to the Westin name.

    Locationが良い。Grand Centralまで近くTimes Squareまで歩いて行ける。フロントが小さく並ぶことが多い。部屋は広くないがNYCでは広い方かも。Westinのベッドはどこも共通で寝心地がいい。

    Merkezde, guzel, 41. Kattan manzara sahane vs... Ama kahvaltisi kotu, yeterince temiz diil. O paraya degmez, baska seceneklere yonelin derim.
