    Room is nice with updated furnishings. But, no free Internet. Huh? $12.99 per day. Room smells of cigarette smoke when hotel is smoke-free. Won't let us switch rooms. No microwave.

    Expensive hotel, especially last minute. Obscene to pay that much and have no included in-room wifi, no local or 800 phone calls and no free parking.

    Not impressed by this hotel. Nothing about it feels like a Westin. I recommend staying someplace else Old fixtures, poor service. Next time I'm going with Four Points.
