- Simon WrightJanuary 5, 2012Shabby, poky rooms. We did get upgraded after we complained but the so called deluxe room is just big and shabby.
- How can they turn a hospital in the past in to a hotel ;) that what explains shabby , overloaded ppl and the size of the rooms .
- James TaylorAugust 19, 2012The slowest check in experience I've ever seen in a hotel with a reception desk woefully undermanned for the size of the hotel. Complain and you'll probably be upgraded.
- MixtureemOctober 25, 2018I forgote my apple charger and go back to get it and they deny it. Actually, they ignore me. I did not like there manners.
- Don't order the chicken Caesar salad. They literally caked it in mayo. So gross, couldn't eat it. :(
- Very close to Hyde Park so good for running etc...
- Simon WrightJanuary 5, 2012Not only is the wifi hideously expensive (15 quid per day) it's also rubbish! Slow, unresponsive and web pages frequently fail to load (due to high packet loss).
- Fatima Al HashimiJanuary 27, 2013It's bad enough that it's a shitty hotel, but the service is even worse. If you're even considering it for the location, don't. It's not worth it.
- ShúraSeptember 25, 2012No need to stay if U r not a panic traveller :) It is just expensive for nothing special.
