The seared ahi tuna was expertly prepared but also inventive. Very good food and excellent ambience. I'm surprised that a hotel restaurant was turning out food this good.

The tide pools grilled and chilled seafood appetizer could be a meal for one. Has crab legs, oysters, muscles, shrimp, tuna poke, and scallops on it.

We split a prime rib and new York strip and both were great. Strip had a bit of gristle, but the sauces they served it with were crazy good. Definitely get the chocolate molten lava cake!

They have one barbell which is great if you're missing your crossfit gym. Better than most hotel gyms. There is one rower.

Sat at the bar and asked to hear the swan’s story. They call her Kauai Girl. When I asked why she doesn’t have a mate, they said “she had one, about 10 yrs ago, and she killed him!” 😱😭 Food is good!

The rolls are amazing, and the birds know it. If you are sitting by the water, cover the basket and guard your roll.

Food was good. Really expensive since you can get food just as good at the terrace or other places. $16 for the appetizer.
