Hanan MalFebruary 16, 2019This is my 1st time since they renovated. Everything tasted great and all the seafood was fresh! We took all 4 California Makis and wasabi shrimp, they were really good! The crab salad is nostalgic!

Sultana’s rolls are the new favs, if u r into raw salmon 🍣 spicy tenderloin is so yummy 😋 you must order steamed rice 🍚 on the side... last but not least the new chocolate fondant is to die for❤️

Salman SApril 19, 2017I'm my opinion here you can eat the best sushi and maki in Riyadh, Try these: - Ebi furai roll reverse with special crab on top. - Beef teppanyaki . - Their green salad has a very tasty sauce .
Service is great, atmosphere is nice with music. The salmon is so fresh. The appetizer shrimps is crunchy and delicious. I recommend trying salmon emperor maki amazing. But all are great
SJune 25, 2019Their dynamite shrimp is one of the best I have tasted. Miso soup, California Temaki, California Rolls, Wasabi square, and gyoza shrimp. I had the iced tea as the drink and it was good.

Kudos for Tokyo for reinventing itself. Although the previous style was more luxurious, however, this new interior design is very trendy and stylish. still No.1 sushi place in Riyadh hands down.

love this restaurant, I recommend taco shrimp, popcorn shrimp, spicy sweet beef and for sushi sweet dragon & crunchy crazy tempura.

Ghassan AlkharboushJanuary 6, 2016Beef teriyaki is perhaps the best I've tried in Riyadh. Maki rolls were good overall but nothing special. Their version of Dynamite shrimp was amazing, perfectly crunchy and not too spicy.
My fav. dishes: Chicken: butter-yaki (I prefer breast only) or kutsu curry. Beef: yakiniku/kutsu. Fish: salmon shioyaki. Noodle: hot soba. Raw: salmon sashimi thin slices. Sides: onigiri or korokke.

The best Japanese restaurant in the city. I do miss the old Tokyo though it was a lot more casual and authentic like it was in Japan. Nonetheless, still same quality food. One of the best10/10

Everything is perfect! Mediocare taste in all its dishes w/ exception to the dynamite shrimps, amazing sushi which are exquisitely delicious! Nice drinks! Really great service & place. Don't miss out.

- Sushi and dynamite shrimp are delicious, they have yummy yakisoba and tasty fruity colds and drinks. Perfect prices 👌🏻and ethnic atmosphere😍 Avoid visiting every weekend coz it’s really crowded!

Maki rolls and krispie crab salad, and salmon carpaccio with some suace that is so yummy.

IFebruary 22, 2015I highly recommend shrimp blast for starters! Average gyoza. Yakisoba was bland and a bit cold but I might ask them to spice it up next time. Order special crab sushi & ebi furai maki and enjoy.

Tokyo has the best sashimi in Riyadh, their salmon is to die for. Try the maki as well. They also offer other good dishes if you're too squeamish about seafood. Ask for Bashir, he's the nicest.
