What they are doing is sending positive intention to whatever area in your life is calling for it. They may also draw or recite the images of the reiki symbols in their mind. You may feel them making the reiki symbols over you or in the palms of your hands & or souls of your feet. Some practitioners incorporate the use of certain crystals during a treatment. Sometimes crystals may be used during a session to increase the energy, such as clear quartz which helps aid in healing.
