- Alex GSeptember 4, 2012Get the blue corn enchiladas with green chile and cheese (no meat) and an over-easy egg on top. Be sure to get a bite of the sopapillas with honey butter as soon as they get to the table piping hot.Upvoted Oct 16
- Kingsley YoungerSeptember 4, 2014Featured in a Heat Seekers season 1 episode. NM chillis are made of pure chilli peppers (no beans & meat like other parts of US). In this restaurant, you get the red and green kind.Sopaipilla uses it.Upvoted 1 week ago
- Green chile is great, especially on fries. Get a half-liter of margaritas and a stuffed sopapila. And make it Christmas style, any time of year!Upvoted Sep 13
- Maximum BurgerFebruary 23Traditional, family style Mexican in a neat environment. Friendly, good location, very affordable and quite busy even in the offseason. Good white corn, sopapillas and enchiladas
- PHRESHAIRApril 15, 2017Tomasitas. One of the Ultra staple Santa Fe legit stops if you want to taste real great chile. Welcome to Santa.
- Jennifer DayJune 13, 2014Beans were great. Chicken in the enchilada was tough. Green chili was good but not hit at all. Cheese enchilada, posole, and sopaipillas were excellent!
- Steve SandeOctober 20Everything is good! Every time we’re here from the Denver area, we come to Tomasita’s!
- AmeliaOctober 12, 2017Good, solid, traditional New Mexican food. Chile is tasty and has a nice kick.
- Dave GlaserOctober 18, 2019Sopapillas are the best thing we had here. Not too expensive and quick to come out, but there are better options for burritos and enchiladas in Santa Fe
- Angela SkeesJanuary 2, 2014Good food. Had the Grilled Cheese with Roast Beef since I was tired of mexican food and was delighted.
- Thursday special (Flautas compuestas) is a good choice. Jalapeno poppers r good and u absolutely have to get a Margarita Swirl!!!! But r limited to 2 drinks!
- Sean PongosApril 2, 2021Grande Nachos is da bomb. Ordered it as an appetizer for the table. It’s a hit.
- Jason CahillMay 31, 2012If you get the tamale meal, don't get an appetizer.... It's sooooooo much food you'll be stuffed. Great tamales and plentiful!
- Tom RobertsJanuary 12, 2013Great little place where you get sopapillas with every meal. I guess it's more of a touristy place but the food was still good.
- I heard lots of good things about Tomasita's, so when my co-workers said they'd like to go there this week for lunch, I was very excited. However, the service was VERY SLOW!
- Kelly UJune 5, 2011Try the margaritas and the chalupas are amazing. The whole menu is true New Mexican be prepared for spicy hott food YUM!
- JoseJanuary 16, 2013The food is ok. This is New Mex after-all. The drinks are good and you score a freebie if you gat one spilled on you. The hostess is so "tiny" and cute. Literally
- Ask for your sopaipillas after the meal if you want them hot for dessert!
- Been Burrito Red, frozen margarita and a sopapilla. Enough said.
- Great place for dinner and drinks. Try one of the frozen maragaritas. Ask for either a frog or a swirl. I personally like the frog better.
- Sam LeyJune 10, 2018Busy and touristy, as expected, but the food and margs were good, and service friendly.
- christine yiSeptember 16, 2011joseph j's tip is pretty close - there's a 4 drink limit per person (incl beer) but frozen margaritas (the frogg is best) are counted as 2 drinks. unheard of...can't return.
- AndrewJanuary 13, 2018Maybe it’s because I’m used to texmex, but I found the tamales mediocre and the margaritas lame. Also, the canned refried beans I buy are better. Don’t wait in the insane line for this.
- Kymberli FruehOctober 15, 2011Tuesday Blue Plate special and a swiirlee....HEAVEN. One will knock you on your arse!
