Nice enough, but a bit cram em in and pile it high! Staff really attentive & friendly, but it took half an hour to check in! Looking forward to moving on to the five stat resort - NO KIDS - tomorrow.

El personal que nos atendió en el tour de kayac es muy impaciente, no es empático con las personas, tiene mucha prisa, los dos jóvenes prácticamente van “arreando” a los visitantes.

Pocas opciones de comida a la carta. Definitivamente ese es su punto a mejorar. Solo lo salva el servicio a cuarto las 24hrs. Las experiencias en tour son agradables, prueba el sense tour.

Bonito pero le falta tener más actividades, tour sense, cenotes y kayac, buenos pero no súper. La comida deja que desear, el personal... varios con malas caras.

No es posible que teniendo un camino de kms del lobby a la puerta del hotel, no tengan transportación para los huéspedes. Por esto este hotel es de los más malitos. Fuchi

Un hotel muy bonito, lamentablemente deja aun mucho que desear, la calidad y variedad de comida, los jugos no eran naturales, casi me corren de una alberca. Buena experiencia pero me quedo con Royal.
