- Although the facilities are nice and they have some equipment that you seldom see. Some essential pieces of equipment are missing like a row machine and let pull down machine.

- Be careful about your dues here... Rates are not fair and you should bargain down. Also, the trainers are generally not as knowledgeable as they should be and do not practice what they preach.

- Stay away from the treadmills in front of the windows upstairs during the day. Ridiculously toasty. They're great at night tho!
