Love it here!! Kim is the sweetest person!! The pool is great and I love seeing all the baby ducklings by the two ponds behind our complex! :)

Make sure before you sign your lease you ask weather your water,sewer, and pest control are included in your rent. Cause its not!!!!! It comes 2 months later in a bill to you!

Overall pretty happy with my time I've leased here. Never had any big issues. Really nice pool. Made lots of friends.

Well i live here and the price isnt worth it. Maintenance takes forever to get to u. Took 2 weeks to patch the hole they put in my wall and a week for them to fix my toilet. Not renewing my lease.
