Make sure before you sign your lease you ask weather your water,sewer, and pest control are included in your rent. Cause its not!!!!! It comes 2 months later in a bill to you!

Becky SotherdenOctober 4, 2012Well i live here and the price isnt worth it. Maintenance takes forever to get to u. Took 2 weeks to patch the hole they put in my wall and a week for them to fix my toilet. Not renewing my lease.
