Nice hotel, however there is a real problem with elevators, it takes average 10 minutes to get in elevator !
They serve Starbucks here. Awesome if you're passing on the way to work.
While this is not a fancy hotel (terrible elevators, dodgy parking, poorly planned entrance), the hotel has a number of conveniences: ATM, salon, metro nearby, restaurants and business services.- Pack your own towel if you want to use the pool or gym. They're always out of towels.

Mari PavliNovember 1, 2015Old, could use a renovation. The swimming pool is a joke, small and gets hardly any sun. It was not what we were expecting at all.
Prepare gear for tommorow's Desert Safari outing, do laundry, dinner & sleep... btw, the outing will be after solat jumaat..
No recommended at all. Room service is so bad and needs a huge improvement. Customer service doesn't have knowledge and got panic. Internet is not free as they claim in booking.com.
lifts are surprisingly bad ! there are 10 of them but they work slowly- There's a long wait for elevators during holidays. Plan accordingly.

Terrible hotel for longer stays, clearing on schedule is not met, without a schedule, too. Handles remain in the hands while trying to open the drawer. Repsirment will not wait.

Izzy AbidiMay 14, 2013Try to avoid this hotel. Nice staff but seedy clients post 11pm, a few dirty rooms, poor maintenance, 8-15 minute wait for lifts, poor decor.
