sugaring is a form of hair removal that resembles waxing but is much more gentle & less painful than waxing. Sugaring is completely "all natural", "homemade", & "hypo-allergic". It consists of sugar, water & lemon juice which justifies the term all natural. It is ideal for sensitive skin & also reduces skin irritation as compared to wax. Sugaring adheres only to the hair & not the skin. Sugaring is 50% less painful than waxing. Since sugaring is used at room temperature there is no chance of burning your skin & it easily cleans off w/ water, sugaring lasts about four to six weeks, depending on the level of hair growth & hair is removed from the root. Repeated treatments can tend to weaken the hair so sugaring becomes easier over the time.
