- Micheal ArcadioMarch 26, 2018As someone who travels a lot and visit this place often, I must say that I love the macaroni and cheese here!
- Upstream's standard line of beers is probably my favorite in Omaha. The Dundee Scotch Ale is particularly good. Cheap beer and half-priced apps during happy hour.
- Dawn WoodJanuary 24, 2015Everything tasted wonderful. Our server Sean was knowledgeable and knew his beers. Our new fav spot for when we come to Omaha.
- H CJune 15, 2014Smoked Gouda & beer soup, Reuben, sweet potato fries, seasonal brews - not life-changing but they have a rooftop patio and it's a great hangout spot in Old Market.
- 1 Year till RetirementMay 3, 2023Can't believe I haven't been here in almost 7 years....but I knew I'd come back....Good beer, good atmosphere, good service....great happy hour on food and $7 pizzas today! #yayme
- Buffie Lee FishApril 16, 2017The pretzel bites with smoked gouda cheese are amazing. The Kitten Mittons Double IPA is delicious. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
- AndreJanuary 26, 2017Great food, beer and atmosphere. Disappointed that this place didn't show up as a top search when we were in the area. Definitely a must go to.
- ElliottDecember 4, 2013It's rare to have a bad meal at the Upstream. Try mixing their smoked gouda & pale ale soup with their tomato soup. Also, check out of their speciality beers.
- Aaron PelsterFebruary 20, 2018Great food, get the Gouda Soup. Nice atmosphere for a nice sit down with the family.
- Erik RowleyAugust 20, 2013Excellent micro beers, the firehouse red was my favorite. Great place for meeting friends or dates, upstairs rooftop is a fun chill spot.
- David BeaulieuJuly 19, 2013Excellent location and nice place to hang out. Food is very good, and if you like raspberries, try the Upstream Raspberry Lager. Very tasty.
- Matt CoursonOctober 19, 2013The steaks are better at Rock Bottom but the pints(and everything else) are better at Upstream! The flagship IPA is PERFECT. The red is good for real beer novices.
- Greg SchulzDecember 5, 2014If you eat here and don't try the smoked Gouda and beer cheese soup, you have failed. Be better than that. Also, Ebenezer is a great winter beer.
- Best year-round beer: Dundee Scotch Ale. Best summer seasonals (dark) Black Forest Porter (light & fruity) Raspberry Belgian Wit.
- Robert DurhamOctober 26, 2017Steak and Beer. What else needs to be said. The soup was carrot curry...unusual but very tasty.
- michelleMay 14, 2015Loved the macaroni & cheese (definitely add grilled chicken!) & a great burger & filet!! SO MANY BEERS! We loved it all!
- Ray OehmeJuly 14, 2019Fish and Chips are off the hook! Add a malt beer flight, and you won't want to leave...
- Smoked Gouda and beer soup! Beer braised pot roast!
- Megan Blue-SkySeptember 4, 2017The fish and chips were very enjoyable. The beer definetely came through in the fish's batter.
- Russ GJuly 5, 2013I was deciding between the salmon and the jambalaya. Our server, Nathan, said the chef is from Louisiana, so my decision was easy.
- Hannah SimpsonSeptember 14, 2014Blonde pizza. :) also, any soup of the day is amazing. I wish they had the clam chowder more often though. :)
- Michael CJune 19, 2015Quite good... especially for beer gnurds.. Really enjoyed our family outing while in Omaha.
- One of my favorite breweries. Always a great, ever changing selection of quality brews!!!
- Natalie SwaimAugust 6, 2016Make sure to grab a flight for the beers, food is good but the beers are the stars here.
- Drew FreyMay 17, 2013For the price, the NY Strip is pretty good. I recommend the Scottish Ale to go along with it too.
- Jeremy KalinaAugust 7, 2014There are different beers between the downtown and west O locations, so check them both out!
- Justin FjeldosJune 30, 2013Three words... Caramel Bread Pudding! Oh, and the patio seating is very relaxing on a Sunday morning.
- Dominic XavierJanuary 31, 2013Solid place for brunch/lunch/dinner. One of the best restaurants in the Old Market.
- The bartenders need to learn how to pull from a cask. But, the beer and food are great.
- Whitney EmanuelNovember 13, 2012Order a Hoppy Marriage to drink if you are a fan of the hops. You won't be disappointed!
- Favorite sports bar in the old market. Great beers on tap
- $2.50 beers and half off pizzas on Wednesday night starting at 9. (Italiano pizza is incredible)
- Carli JoSeptember 5, 2015Breakfast is not good here. The eggs smelled and tasted funny like they were cooked with old oil. But they did apologize and didn't charge me so I'd go back to this place for dinner or drinks!
