I'd suggest going there at night bcuz the view of Busan at nyt is amazing.Well on a clear day, u can also enjoy the view during the day but the tower itself doesn't look so stunning without the lights
The room is clean and reasonable price. The owner of the motel is so kind, friendly and helpful. If you don't mind the slightly naughty feel. 'Elysee' is a good choice and is recommended!
