Basileus ZinkiewiczSeptember 14, 2013Сучасну назву затвердженно у 1939 р., оскільки вул. Старовокзальна виходила на площу до колишнього тимчасового Київського з/д Вокзалу. У 1941–1943 рр. вул. мала старе найменування — Степанівська.
