Very Very Expensive! But well worth it. best sushi ever . the key is the rice . the rice was perfect. serves only a few people each meal. highly personable.. must try place and not overrated at all.
Reservemonths in advance. It's omakase so you just let the chef decide the course. If you're one of those who don't eat certain things, don't waste your time. Best sushi ever, this is a certainty.

Excellent sushi. The chef and his assistant are fluent in English, and they explained the fish selection, sauce preparation for each sushi masterpiece.
Omakase here after not being able to book his dad's place. Good, not mind blowing. Rice too vinegary, couldn't taste the fish. Nigiri was much larger than usual Japanese size. $$$$$ but disappointed.
어쩔수 없이 필연적으로 아버지의 긴자본점과 비교를 당할수 밖에 없겠지만 아버지의 가게는 별이 3개 아니라 더 있어도 좋겠단 생각이 드는데 반해, 어떻게 이곳이 미슐랭의 별2개를 받았는지 이해가 가지 않는다. 무식하리만치 큰 샤리에 입속에서 샤리가 사르르 펼쳐지긴 커녕 목이 막힐 정도다. 자른 단면을 보니 기가차네ㅠ 아버지의 훈제가쓰오는 제대로 배워왔군
