    【せたがや百景 No.47 祖師谷つりがね池】 雨乞いのため、僧が釣鐘を抱えて身を沈めたところから、その名がついたと伝え られている。現在は付近の子ども達の絶好の遊び場だ。池の周辺には緑も残り、 雨が降った後には池底から水が湧き出すのを見ることもできる。小さな風景だが、 なんともいえない親しみがある。 『せたがや百景』p.94より
