アクトタワーにある展望スペース。浜松市街や浜名湖、駿河湾を一望できる。ただ、営業時間が公式ホームページ、現地で書かれていることが全く異なり、極めて不親切。結婚式が入ってると営業時間が変わるので、ホテルのロビーで要確認。
