Sato IGASeptember 19, 2016まず、スタッフの方々が、とても素敵です。寛がせてくれます。お料理は、クラシックなお味だけど、時には容赦なく攻めてくる大胆なお味。オマールのローストのインパクトは凄まじかったです。そのあとの優しい平目、コクたっぷりの牛テールの煮込み。今度は何を食べさせていただけるのかな？と、また来たくなるお店です。UpvoteDownvote
春は赤ピーマンのムース、夏は梅しそのスープ、といった具合に、訪れるたび「季節に応じた変わらない味」をきちんと提供してくれる老舗フレンチ。プロのサービスとお料理に毎回感謝したくなる。特に大震災の後には、「変わらないこと」による安心感をしみじみ感じました。Upvote1Downvote
