京都市内のゴールドジムでは、唯一の24時間営業。 決して広くはないが、必要なマシンやフリーウェイトからカーディオまで一通り揃っている。 なんと言ってもJR・地下鉄二条駅真ん前というローケーションというアクセスの良さ。フロントやトレーナーの方も礼儀正しく、楽しくワークアウト出来ます。
