店主のフジスエさんは物静かで黙々と珈琲を淹れてくれます。ネクタイ姿なのが、とても素敵です。珈琲豆は、警固の焙煎屋さんの豆。我が家と豆の趣向が似ているので、よく淹れ方を教わります。あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまうので、要注意のお店です。 Read more
