A very posh and great place, better that I expected. Staff are friendly and extremely customer service oriented. A private hot spring room costs NT$2,000 on weekdays and is equipped like a hotel!

Super goood hospitality here I am so impressed up to the last minute. From welcome and check-in experience up to taking the bags to the taxi. Love how "coordinated" the customer service experience is.

You can email them to make a reservation. It's best to book places cos they only allow 30 ppl per session. Also check their website for promotions, such as discounts for hot spring + lunch/tea/dinner.

I called to make a reservation on the day itself. It was a saturday in June and there was barely anyone. 2200NTD for 4 hours usage of the public hot springs which has 8 pools!

Skip the private baths and go for the public ones. About $2500NT for 4 hours. Expensive but worth the experience.
