ラーメンのイデアとも言うべきあっさりスープの正しい中華麺です。初代店主が作るワンタンは皮はトゥルトゥル、あんはプリップリです。ワンタン単品、麺にのせるの両方オーケー。おかみさん曰く「長寿ワンタンよ！」初代は2015年で御年102歳とのことです！
