NaoAugust 30, 2014土湯温泉で一番新しい温泉旅館。 聞けば、2011年に廃業した「天景園」を買い取り、経営者が替わって2013年12月12日に開業したとの事。「福」は福島と幸福の福、「うさぎ」は吾妻山に春が告げる頃に見える「雪うさぎ」が由来だそう。泉質は炭酸水素塩泉。日帰り入浴は10時～20時まで。 入湯料￥900。宿泊者と同じ休憩スペースを利用することができます。
