康樂意小吃店的乾麵是一個很有氣質的素雅美人，不是肉燥也不是油蔥、醬油沙茶、麻醬類的拌麵。它是用細白麵條拌上薄淡的醬油與香油再加上少許小白菜，極為雅緻的口味，吃完一碗剛剛好，口齒留香意猶未盡。若要外帶剛出爐的包子，又怕水蒸氣會弄濕包子皮，一定要把袋口打開通風。

以前常去吃的包子店，真的是汁多味美，非常建議去吃，但是最好是十二點前到

包子很好吃，皮薄有彈性，三種內餡都不錯。缺點是有時候一堆售罄就要等頗久。

超過40年的老店，原先開在萬新鐵路舊螢橋車站（現址斜對面）1970年代後期遷於新址。
