    Steam taufu at here are really good. They make their own taufu. Another good handmade rarely found nowadays.

    Axian: 传承了两代人的张洲茶餐室,创立至今已经有超过40多年了, 现任店家自小就在茶室内帮忙,在他的记忆当中,张洲成立不久后就开始卖这种炸得金黄色的河婆酿豆腐。河婆酿豆腐的传统吃法乡土气息非常浓郁,赤手抓一大片生菜包着酿豆腐,浇上一点甜酱,大口大口地咬着吃。清脆的生菜,中和了酿豆腐的咸味和油腻感,也让煎炸的食物多了一口清新鲜美的滋味,吃起来更开胃!

    酿豆腐是客家的吉祥名菜, 听说这道菜是源自于中国北方的饺子,由于南方多种稻,很少种麦,于是早年迁移到南方的客家人,便制作酿豆腐象徵头富,来代替饺子“招财进宝”的意思。遵从传统的河婆酿豆腐店家,一般都会坚持使用豆香味特别浓郁的老豆腐,也就是盐卤豆腐,让传统的风味更胜一筹!而内馅中的蒜米、辣椒和茴香,更让河婆酿豆腐的味道活出了个性。
