It is pretty nice office building, nearby Komagone station. The environment is pretty good, very quiet and peaceful. There are many good restaurants around building.

センターオフィスは、20時過ぎと休日は、1階から出入りできない。入退館は地下1階（イーストウィング側）から。退館は、地下1階でエレベータを降り、「郵便局」と書かれた方に行けばよい。

同敷地内の海外天という中華屋は、けっこう美味しい。但し、ランチタイムは食事が済むとものすごい勢いで皿を下げられる・・・。
