Rue. SATOHFebruary 3, 2019設計上も市政会館と一体になっているのだが、日比谷公会堂側から見ると市政会館の時計塔が隠れて、別個の建物のように見える。昭和 30 年代までは、東京唯一のコンサートホールだった。
