    【国登録有形文化財】【県指定景観重要建造物】昭和９年に「大津公会堂」として建設。昭和６０年からは、大津市社会教育会館の名で社会教育の拠点として利用されてきた。現在はレトロな外観をそのままに１階にモダンなレストランを、２階に集客交流・まちづくり拠点施設を設け、観光客や市民が交流できるスペースとして活用されています。
