荻窪駅降りてすぐ、五日市街道沿いの「春木屋」ではない。元々は「日本蕎麦屋」で、丼物もある。大中華そば+煮玉子を食べました。表面にカメリアラードが沢山で思わず「永福町大勝軒」かと。w フワッと節系を感じます。麺はとても細い縮れ麺で「インスタントのノンフライ麺」みたい。煮玉子は固茹で。黒い三角の海苔は「春木屋」と同じ？チャーシューはもも肉で噛み応えのある硬さで、美味しい。

まさかのおしるこ。女将さんが好きでわざわざ黒豆を取り寄せて作っているとのこと

有名な「春木屋」の元祖。青梅街道沿いや吉祥寺にある「春木屋」は「春木屋本店」の中華そば部門として操業したそうです。今は別経営のようですが、この「春木屋本店」はそのルーツ。昔ながらの中華そばを食べることができる名店です。

ここはラーメンではなく蕎麦を食べるべきらしいけど、誘惑に負けてラーメンを食べてしまった。

ここのおばちゃん、おばちゃんから客に話し掛けるのはOKだけど、客からおばちゃんに注文以外の事で話し掛けるのはダメらしい。www
