果昂位於台北市赤峰街上公園的一角，此區是老台北的打鐵修車街，至今仍有許多五金與汽車零件的店鋪。近年來也有許多的特色小店進駐此地，而這些新能量在懷舊的老建築與歷史感的街道中注入了新生命，倘若深入尋訪，必然會發現每個角落都充滿著小驚喜。
果昂的主人April，原本念的是工業設計，因熱愛日本文化而踏上了追尋夢想的旅程，在因緣際會下接觸了法式甜點，進入日本的製 菓學校學習製作各式甜點，學成後回台並任職於知名法式甜點店。為延續對甜點的熱情與理念，於2014年底成立果昂甜品工作室，並同時設立實體店面販售。
