KazyFebruary 5, 2016極濃煮干しラーメン 780円。昼・夜各20食限定。歯応えある細ストレート麺、炙りチャーシュー、スープと相性の良い刻み玉ねぎと三つ葉、メンマに海苔。麺量は並130g、中180g、大230g。スープは泥水かというような色見で、恐る恐る口にすると本当に極濃。しかし、飲めてしまう。旨味成分の濃縮スープといった感じ。煮干しが苦手な方は回避した方が無難。店内はカフェのようで、上着を預かる等サービスもいい。

ㅤ ㅤJune 25, 2017内装が非常におしゃれ。通常の煮干しラーメン(680円)は豚骨ベースのスープに煮干しの風味が良い塩梅に組み合わさっている一品。飲みやすく、口の中で煮干しの味が広がる。美味。
