    日本橋北詰にある和歌山ラーメンのチェーン店。後払い制。神戸市中央区の「あじゅち屋」と大阪市都島区の「たかし」は姉妹店らしい。メニューは中華麺・つけ麺・油そばの他、サイドメニューが豊富にある。中華麺のスープは4種類あり、源味（ふつう）と淡成（あっさり）が720円、熟成（こってり）とにぼしが770円。源味は甘さを感じるまろやかな味で本場の味とは違った。次回は一番人気の熟成を試したい。
