Cute coffee and dessert spot off Yongkang St. Lemon tart is delicious as is the blueberry cheesecake. Coffee is decent. Free Wi-Fi. Min. 1 drink per person. Second location at Gongguan.

「這宅咖啡」舊址，格局沒有做太大變動，店内增加打光和擺飾氣氛變得較柔和，當然以往禁止客人聊天和無WiFi的規矩也隨之消失。販售咖啡、果汁、啤酒和小茶栽堂茶類，亦有餐食及甜點。無刷卡、無服務費、有發票（但店家抬頭仍然是這宅）。
