    Came here because it's famous. It might not suit non-Taiwanese appetite. As an American, it tasted weird to me. The noodles were supposedly soggy, which I wasn't used to.

    Been here 5+ times
    台中特有大麵羹，古早在地人工作辛苦且當時比較不富有，在麵中加入「鹼粉」，讓麵條久煮比較不易爛，維持麵條口感
