3種類の麺（さらしな、だったん、ひきぐるみ）から1種類の麺を選ぶ。わたしは、だったんが一番おいしいと思う。麺つゆが最高に美味。店長さんは二代目。座席数が少ないので昼時は待ち時間が長いが夕飯時はそうでもない。

挽きぐるみ蕎麦が最高と聞いていたのだが、挽きぐるみのみならず、更科蕎麦も絶品だった。私見では盛岡市一番だ。
