    カウンター席のみ10席程度。食券自販機制で、決済は現金のみ。卓上調味料はラー油、酢、にんにく油。麺は自家製で打っているところが間近で見られる。

    餃子はもちろん牛肉。このままでも味付いてますけど、ネギとパクチー入りのタレ、これにつけて食べると旨味が増すのはどうして？青島ビールと合わせてね！

    麺打ちが半機械化してからなのか、拌麺の麺同士のくっつき速度が多少緩和され食べやすくなったような気がします。
