The end of the line for Kamome trains. The ticket office staff are helpful and are happy to navigate the language barrier to get you where you need to go. It also neighbours a major shopping centre.

For Americans make sure you stop by the information desk to get an English map. Then get the street car pass for 500 yen. it's like muni and helps u get around all day

長崎県の県庁所在地・長崎市の代表駅で、長崎本線終着。乗り入れ路線は長崎本線/大村線。長崎観光の強い味方である路面電車へは駅前の長崎駅前電停から。

2022年9月に新幹線の最西端終着駅になった駅。在来線も新幹線もわかりやすくすぐ先は海で行き止まりです。
