Try using the bus id you're coming from Shibuya. It's not much of a difference. You can even walk. The two stations aren't so far apart.

半蔵門線ホームから大江戸線ホームまでは、五分もあれば余裕です。銀座線乗り換えは、表参道で乗り換えるより空いています。

銀座線から大江戸線への乗り換えは一度改札を出る必要がありかなり面倒。半蔵門線なら乗換え用通路があるのでオススメ。

銀座線⇆大江戸線の乗り換えは2ルートあります。一つは半蔵門線のホームを経由するルート、もう一つはひたすら階段を昇降するルートです。体調、時間と相談して、お好みのルートへどうぞ。
