One of the best restaurants to go to eat. They have a variety of foods to choose from like different pastas to a nice juicy burger. The service you receive is good and they make you feel at home.
It's a tourist attraction, so judge for yourself if that's a pro or a con. However! The serving staff is wonderful, the food is prepared from scratch, and the meals taste great. Kid-friendly.
Their breakfast/ Brunch is very nice.. for lunch & dinner we usually order from the appetizers menu, as the portions are huge, the berry fizz is good and the Warm Sticky Bun Bread Pudding is amazing!
I always get a baked chicken breast with some kind of cheese on top and it comes with shrimp skewers mashed potatoes and I always get the asparagus with it. Absolutely delicious!!
Nice place, lots of options and big portion sizes. If you want specific desserts order them with your entree because they cook them fresh (takes about 30 mins). Cocktails are very yummy too.
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger & chicken pot pie- was good enough for two. The beignets were fantastic; they take awhile to make, so order w/ your main dishes. Overall nice time, not incredible though
Menu has a great variety, from salads, chicken, pasta, & steak. We all had a hard time ordering because they had so many good options. Food & service was great.
Beautiful place, great service and fantastic food. Ordered the salmon with brown rice and asparagus; taste was very good and serving size was great as well.
A seat by the windows is a great people watching spot! We've seen so many brides taking their wedding photos on Michigan ave! And not to mention the pretty chirstmas lights :)
I don't care that it's a chain owned by the Cheesecake Factory. The views of Michigan Ave are great, as are the snacks and the cocktails. Perfect place to stop for a bite on a shopping day.
This place truly is the definition of excess! From the trendy N Michigan Avenue address to the grandeur of the design (don't forget the extensive menu) Definitely a must!
On the negative side: Way too many options. On the plus side, everything's tasty. Similar to the cheesecake Factory.GLC, however is extremely modern, with beautiful decor & amazing views of the city.
You can't go wrong with this restaurant! The menu has a little of everything, even for the pickiest eaters. Just keep in mind they don't take reservations!
Always order the chocolate chip cookies as soon as you sit down to order with the intent to them take to go. They take 20 to 25 minutes to prepare. They are well worth it.
Very affordable, huge portions, you always end up taking some home. The chicken pot pie is great and the salads are really good. The best seats are by the windows looking out on N. Michigan ave.
This is a carbon copy of The Cheesecake Factory. If your from out of town, skip it. Eat in the bar to avoid the wait. Spinich artichoke dip, Miso salmon, & Molten chocolate cake were all delicious!
Food was too good. The sausages were amazing & so was the Grapefruit juice. but if you need to use the bathroom, go super early. the women's line is usually out the door
If you are visiting Chicago, ask for a Michigan Ave window seat.. There may be a wait, but you'll have a great spot! Also, their brunch menu is pretty good on a Saturday morning :)
Seafood menu is good, awesome view overlooking michigan ave esp in the winter. Crowded, wait time 20mins. The floor was dirty, almost fell on my way to the bathroom. Valet parking $15 for 3 hrs.
