A pity some folks have used this "leave a tip" feature to spam others about their "retroiPhone" rubbish! Apple products are top notch! Kicks Windoze squarely and sharply in the nads!
If you need to swap your phone, you have to make a Genius appointment through the Apple App. Makes sense, but frustrating when you've already driven to the store & next appointment is three days away.
Apple seems to have gone down hill drastically since the last time I visited. I was accused of shoplifting, (may I add I was just hanging around with an item tucked under my arm for ages) ..
There are still plenty of good qualities but standards are slipping. Asked a question and two members of staff were unable to tell me the answer!! It wasn't ground breaking knowledge!
No feasible advice, when one would expect that every Salesperson should know exactly how an iPhone works! Two reps did not have a clue. Massive queues - No water, which is definitely unacceptable.👎
Too many customers per head of staff. On entering the door one is left wandering aimlessly looking for an assistant to ask the most basic of questions, which weren't answered! Poor. No water even!!
