Casual cafe near the university and train station. Good pastries, fresh juice, coffee and loose leaf tea, yoghurt pots... lots of breakfast options

Ok, the internet is fine, just use kobe24 (password is near the register) not avamposto-free, it will save you from a lot of grief

For a coffee shop, the internet here is absolutely awful. Wouldn't recommend. Coffee is good
