Matcha red bean milk tea and the roasted milk tea highly recommended. Ordering service is efficient but drink preparation is painfully slow! Pack some patience when you come to this location.

The Chatime Grass Jelly Roasted Milk Tea is my go-to. Ask for 50% sugar and less ice.

Their Vicinity card does not work in this location. Found out the hard way when I came here to claim the buy 1 get 1 free offer.
