If you want a great burn take the Thur or sat Zumba! The girls who teach are intense! (All of the classes are good if you can make one if those days)

Love this place. Parking sucks during busy time but surprisingly it's not packed once you get inside. Cardio Cinema is awesome. Great customer service.
