As a frequent of both their stores in Richmond, I have to say if you are not a big fan of lineup for more than 30 minutes, come either before 12pm or after 2pm. The quality of cabage they use may vary

Consider yourself extremely lucky if you don't have to wait for a table. And consider purchasing a lottery ticket if you do not need to share a table, given you have a party of 2.

Best noodle house in town. Do not expect any service. Expect to share tables. Expect to receive a bill before you finish eating. Telling you to gtfo.

HK Milk tea is acceptable. Don't expect the perfect genuine traditional kind. Taste kind of funny but at the same time acceptable. At least it's consistently bad.

Bubble tea is a rip off if you don't order it with a meal. I ordered a taro slush to go and it was $5 for small cup (same size they use for their HK milk tea). I shouldve gone to Pearl Castle instead

My second time here because I had a bad impression during my first visit. Will probably never come to this branch again. Such bad eating environment. Noisy, uncomfortable, long lines, slow service.

Inconsistent portioning. I had tofu and enoki mushrooms with my noodle soup and only got 2 pieces of small tofu. Wth?. Didn't receive any tip from me!!
